You should defo try Pacha. Its opposite Victoria Station. their website is www.pachalondon.com

Not toooo sure about Funky, but went to a club last weeken called 51 (or 52) that went on 'till Sunday lunchtime. Was in w1 and walking distance to Barbican if that helps. More hard house than funky, $8 to get in and as much drugs as you could shake a shitty stick at. Have a good one.
