Besides all the regular juices (fresh, not processed), have you heard of Mangosteen?

it's a tropical fruit from south-east asia, not to be confused with mangos (they are nothing alike). It has a rich sweet/sour flavour and is only just coming onto the market. (The reason it wasn't available sooner is because it doesn't travel well over long distances, and only grows in the tropics).

It has an unbelievable amount of nutrients and anti-oxidants within the fruit itself, and when mixed with the rind (must be properly processed, it's very thick and hard) it acts as an all-round mind and body health-treat. Some of the Xanthones found in the rind even have cancer-beating properties!

So your son will not only love the taste of this drink, and be healthly, you can also benefit!

If that's a bit too exotic for you and your son, stick to fresh orange juice - it has a high vitamin C content which is good for pretty much anything.

Have you ever considered investing in a juicer. You can mix any combination of fresh fruits and vegetables. It will also come with a recipe booklet. My kids love it. Our favorite is apples and carrots mixed. The juice is sweet from the apples.

The best thing you can do is buy a cafe-style juicer for about $150.00 australian dollars. You can put anything in those - raw broccoli, cabbage, all your standard fruits and vegies and mixed up all together it always tastes great. So good for your health to drink raw mixed fruit and veg juices.

hi! swetha! u can give any fruit juice available in that particular season. i think its better if u directly give fruits than fruit juices .becoz juices contain more amount of added sugar in them than the normal fruit .so i reccomd u to give ur son fruits rather than juices 4 a healthy living

Um, excuse me, but what does this have to do with makeup?

Anyway, if you were smart, get a juicer and juice whatever he likes. 5 a day for good health.

only those that 100 percent juice, not from concentrate, no sugar added. I would buy an orange juicer for 2 bucks at walmart and a bag of oranges or grapefruit and let him squeeze his own. Not only will it be fun for him, he is likely to enjoy it more since he did it himself.
