get up and as soon as your feet hit the floor, make yourself smile and say; WOW, Another day. I wonder what good things are GOING TO HAPPEN TODAY? Tell every one "good morning" with a smile and think nothing but positive thoughts. Soon, you will find that it becomes automatic and easier and easier, until you don't even have to think about. It just becomes natural and your whole day will become more and more positive. "Smile, and the world smiles with you."

Go to bed an hour earlier than normal so you have that extra hour in bed. Then in the morning get up, have a decent sit down breakfast preferably with friends or family and talk and laugh. Hopefully this will cheer you up. Alternatively, treat yourself to something each morning, like a take away coffee, or muffin or magazine! Have happy music on when you get ready. Hope some of this helps?

I have the same problem. I can never get up early but i can now get up cheerfully...when you wake up, always think that you are happy you have woken up ready for a new day because Life is so short you never know when THE day is going to come...hence, be happy you woke up and that you get to be with the members of your family for another day. Works for me!

Snooze button. Set your alarm a little early to allow for a snooze or two. It's better, because it's like you get a warning before you actually have to get up.
I see nothing cheerful about morning either, but the snooze trick makes it a little less stressful.
This only works if you get enough sleep and aren't hung over.

drink 3 to 4 glass of water at the sleeping time u will get up Early in the morning believe me its works

Getting up early morning is easy but when you wake up don't switch off alarm at once. make a pleasant alarm tone to hear for long.Drinking water is also good .It works good.
I am tyring too long( just 20 years )to get up early.

u have to work a little to tire yourself in the evening and then u go to bed early say 9/9.30 p.m. u can get up early coz u have already set ur heart on it. u do have something to do early so it is simply easy for u to be up early.

your sleeping habits may not be correct with respect to ventilation , type of posture etc. if you sleep late at night and ca not find 6 to 8 hours to sleep take homeo medicine Nuxvomica200 potency 4 globules before going to bed. you will getup fresh

Go to bed in good mood and hopefully you should wake up in a good mood-usually works for me. Main thing just make sure you get enough sleep

Go to bed earlier! At least eight hours before you want to get up. Don't get too hammered the night before, either - that won't make you want to leap out of bed.
