He`s been given the dreaded vote of confidence by Peter Lorimer who is on the board of directors, so he won`t have a job for much longer! Ken Bates will lose patience with him if he doesn`t start getting results rather quickly. He has done a good job up until now, inheriting only part of a team and basically starting from scratch but I think its time for a fresh face now, the only thing is who would be dull enough to take Leeds on at the moment?

Leeds director Peter Lorimer has given his backing to boss Kevin Blackwell. The Yorkshire Club has started the new season badly after only winning 2 games with 7 being played and are 22nd in the league.

Yes he will, but it should be the players that get the sack, there the ones playing the damn game and kicking the ball. The Manager has done his part on the training ground its up to the players to perform on the pitch.

Blackwell must now leave, i respect what he has done but now we must get in the premiership as i believe our squad is very capable of doing it.

Yeah I think he will Ken Bates is not one to bow to pressure from the media of fans. The only reason he might sack him is if Alan Curbishley is willing to take the job on.

Possibly, as was stated earlier...Bates is not a man to be pushed. The Sunderland defeat was unthinkable though...:-(
