I peel my lip even though I don't want to, and try to stop. But when I do stop and let some skin grow, the skin becomes a bit rough, and I feel uncomfortable and end up peeling it to make it smooth. How can I stop? Any solutions?

Let the skin grow and then apply lip balm like 2-3 times a day. do this for a fortnight and you will have very soft lips.

When your lips are rough glob on a bunch of vaseline, take an old toothbrush and brush your lips with it. This will gently exfoliate the dry skin and massage your lips at the same time.

join the team darlz... i have the same stupid problem! lip balm just helps to make lips soft and smooth bit it doesn't help us with our addiction. just like people eat there nails and they cant stop, we cant stop too. its all it the mind. you can put on lip balm but what your going to do after that is wipe it off and start peeling again.

Use Elizabeth Arden - Eight hour cream. In a couple of days there will be nothing for you to peel.

get a lip balm with extra mosturizing effects.

I guess your lips are just too dry.

Try to eat a sweet so you won't want to bite your lips.
