you are obviously trying to "fit in" and find yourself feeling uncomfortable often.
this is because you think you are too cleverand that you know it all. the reality will be far from what you believe. If you often feel like "nobody understands me" then you may have real unresolved issues.
try having tests done to prove that you are not the stupid one first.
IF.. you are not offered a place at mensa (as I suspect) then you can get on with your normal life. try a book called "the artists way." writing will help you to understand yourself and help you make better choices.

may not be stupid but maybe they do not have common sense...the old saying i like he/or she is an educated fool....
i have worked with people that had very good education, college, degrees big time and they look stupid, that means to be no common sense..book smart but they do not know which way is up......for example i live in a three story apt complex... i am in the lobby at the elevator, this educated neighbor comes in so i hold the elevator door for her, and check this out...she asks me are you going up? i smile and tell her no i am going down, and she does not get it....it goes over her head....figure that??? [we do not have a basement floor or garage level..] that is what i am saying, educated fool and no common sense

Maybe you are too judgmental, can you make a space craft that can travel light speed, if not would it be judgemental to say your stupid, no, it just that you may have no knowledge about space crafts, ever one has a certian level that could be referred to as stupid, it all depends on your level of understanding and acceptance of another person individual limintations and capabilities.

The problem is not the people it's you....don't get me wrong. I don't mean that you are stupid but that you have a tendency to look down on people.why is that?
It might be what you see in other people is what you are scared of noticing in yourself.so take a good hard look of yourself and find out what might be bothering you.
