Just take a good multi-vitamin, but add to it. You can add vitamin A with D. But realize that vitamin A can become toxic if you take too much, so consult someone, or a doctor. Vitamin E, Cod Liver Oil, and these are also good. Cod Liver Oil is like Vit. A., so do not duplicate, just check with someone who knows you, and can advise you on how much. We do not know your age also. I like to add to my multi-vit. folic acid, but like I say, you need to check with someone first.
