I believe we will have something soon. I expect to live for 140 years or so. when I get older my organs will be repaired or replaced and will not wear out so fast.

I'm sure we have it already, but it is down to ethics. Do we have the right to interfere with life? A normal healthy person may not give the subject a second glance, and even oppose any suggestion of the idea. However, a person in severe pain and needing help will have a very different view. I hope we will, and that it will save many thousands of people undue suffering and pain. It may however, not increase our lifespan, but will increase the quality of life we have.
