this is an honest question,so please no stupid replies.when i measure my penis from above the testicles it measures at 14 inches,but when i measure from my pubic bone (on top) it is a tad over 12 inches.can someone please tell me,firstly what measurement is correct.and what percentage of men in the world have this size ? (the correct one.also i am caucasion) i like most men use the larger measurement (of course) but have always wanted to know the answer to both questiions.please can someone enlighten me.thanks.nick.

nick.. doesnt matter. if you have a foot long (the correct measurement....google penis size chart) women all over the world are waiting to pay you money to have it inside of them. All you need do now is work on how not to be a self obsessed a**. The women will teach you technique as you go.
then, set up a web page and start living a very healthy life. you will need all the energy you can get.
or you can go through life not having done it and then on your death bed wonder what it would have been like.
personally I dont know anyone with a foot long, but then again. Most blokes with big ones are Ar--ho--s, have no friends and no self esteem.
IF you have honestly got it ...use it.. be happy. but remember this. There is far more to life than sex and money. SO in your spare time help the unfortunate.

As you asked, the correct measurement is taken from the upper surface, from the base of the pubic bone, not underneath.
As others have said, you're WELL above average, even for a NON caucasian guy but it doesn't really matter at the end of the day. It's not the length which pleasures anyway but the girth.
And I knew another guy who had a 12" penis but he didn't use it very often as a rule. :)

12 inches is correct. Your size is very large so few percentage of men in the world have this size

I'm sure you had the wrong side of the ruler when you measured it. You probably mean it was 12 cms. Either that or you were dreaming. Don't take us all for idiots.

14 inches? you're a freak, man. but congratulations too just read all the questions and i think 35% of them have problems with small sized penis. just make sure you dont think of sex when you are walking. its gonna be hard to hide an erection with that size, whew!!
