probably not in clothing. But, more likely in morals and actions.
Things like opening a door for a lady. Walking on the street side of the sidewalk with the lady. Believes in marrigage and most likely no sex before marriage. Believes in a traditional family structure- which involved a man - woman & children. Mother stays home with the kids.

Can be both - in the way you dressed or the way you think. Only you can clarify. For myself, I pretty trendy in my dressing but old-fashioned/traditional in my thinking.

its not neccesarily just about clothing. it could also mean your way of thinking is old fashioned. just tell him/her that saying that is mean.

could mean about your way of thinking... maybe you don't like doing "new" things and are happy with old traditional ways (no sex before marriage, no touching, etc etc).. and it could be your dress sense if you do dress old
