From the log you have given, I see that your video card is "VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP", which is an integreted graphics processor (IGP). IGPs come together with your motherboard and often is not suitable for intensive 3D gaming like Call of Duty 2.

The solution? Try the following:
1. Go to http://www.s3graphics.com/en/index.jsp to get the latest drivers for your IGP.
2. You'll have to get a better graphics card from nVidia ( http://www.nvidia.com ) or ATi ( http://www.ati.com ). These companies make graphics cards that are best suited for gaming.
