Not sure but it affects your head inside and out, had many friends go down that path, starts good but ends up a crap pretty quick.

if you are using speed then I would suggest you stop. As an ex heavy user I can tell you that it F***s you up in the mental department more than any. yes it will affect your liver. Long term use can do serious damge. Not to mention the chances of getting what we call "CATS Piss" and dying.
while I was drinking and drugging I thought the drugs were illegal because society was a bunch of wowsers. NOW I would suggest...
If you regularly use illicit drugs, or if you drink 5 out of 7 days of the week and it "helps you", go to a detox and then do a good rehab and then go to a 12 step program long term and learn the truth about yourself.

OMG run dont walk to your nearest rehab center. Injecting drugs will hurt you r liver as well as all other body functions, especially your BRAIN-you can become like a vegetable or chronically mentally ill for the rest of your life, unable to experience any joy or freedom; it will give you hepatitis "B" and "C" as well as HIV. The activites you engage in while intoxicated will also bring you grave harm You are in extreme danger. Worse than anything you can ever imagine, and it's covered ina "pretty" package.;making you think its good-but inside-disaster/hurt/pain/sorrow/long term sickness and death.
Get help ASAP..
