I believe it's possible. It depends on the person. Some younger people are in love with the idea of being in love.

Whoa Hold it!! Being a long time past those years, I am hoping I can shed some light on that time of teen angst. I thought I was in love. Looking back on it now, I laugh. Emotions run really high, but it often times is more hormone related than it is to the heart. Your just discovering your emotions at this age, and it is really easy to misinterpret something you are feeling for the first time as love. You love your family, and know that feeling, but with a potential date, you feel completely different. Take my word for it, it is hormones. You may meet and fall in love with and stay your entire life with someone you meet in junior high, but be sure. Give it plenty of time. Do not rush into a physical relationship just because you think it is love. If it is love, he will be willing to wait for you. Take your time, you have your whole life in front of you. When you do find love, you will know it.

It's totally possible. the question is do the kids have the self control to focus on priorities such as education. Sometimes, childhood sweetheart relationships turn out to be the best. Ususally that only works if there those involved pay attention to the important stuff like getting the necessary education so the family can be supported responsibly.

If you're 14, then you are definitely "in love." But you're in love with the idea of being in love. The boy (yes, boy) that you're in love with doesn't even know what he wants in life. And you don't either. You can't imagine the difference between being "in love" at 14 and working to keep a marriage going as you work, pay bills, raise kids, worry about kids...should I keep going? Stay in school as long as your money and brains will allow you, make a life for yourself first, then share it with someone. You asked a good question, but listen to the old folks like me. You'll be glad you did.

Everyone says it's 'puppy love', but it sure is real for the puppy huh? I honestly don't know when you can 'find true love' but when you do, it'll hit you like a freight train at full speed.
