I did not know of it.Is it true? One good reason is that one can stay away from hunger at odd times.But coming to burning calories it is not possible by drinking water. But it is a good way of stopping further increase in weight, and only tackle the already available weight. Not a bad idea, Exercising will not be strenous. Great.

yes friend, i have loose my weight and my sie 6 inch in 3 months by water and a little 15 walk daily,
reason behind it is when we drink a lot of water we feel difficult to eat any other thing, and when we eill not eat anything it will loose our weight automaticlly,

NO. Drinking water only helps if it's replacing other (high calorie) drinks. Otherwise, it is just a myth that it will do anything for your weight.

There is a very old effective treatment ie. water therapy, water in more quantity be taken first in the morning. See used for a month and find the result.

drinking 1.5ltrs of water first thing in the morning helps. but it requires some determination . i have tried it, but could not continue due to pure laziness. walking 15minutes briskly helps
