If you want to go direct and take a form and do all by yourself then around Rs. 40 for LLR( Learning License) Rs. 150 - 200 for DL( Driving License). But its alot tough to get throught their tests. Every document should be perfect. But if you go to a broker he will charge Rs. 250-300 for LLR and Rs. 450-500 for DL but you will get LLR within a Day and DL in a month subsequently.

When you go legal you will be spending around 350 - 400 rs for both LL & DL put toghether.
And it is lot better that you go legal
Tests are quite simple & all you have to do is buy a hand book that are sold out side the RTO & prepare .yourself.
When appear for your LL there will be a small test.
Once you get your LL you can apply for a driving test after paying fees of Rs55/=
This is where the real trouble starts .
An RTO inspector is normally under the impression that just because he is authorised to issue a DL he happens to be next to GOD and it is his right to demand prasadam with every application.
In karnataka , RTO is the second in the list of most corrupt department.
And you certainly can not blame them for trying their best to come to No 01 spot in the next years corruption list.
That is when your friendly broker steps in with an offer to reduce your burden for some consideration.
At this stage you are so much fed up with the things that you do not mind to shell down little extra so that you can get out of that place with your job done asap.
Got the picture ?
Now good luck.
