i believe your browser is hijacked. You have an infection and you need to get rid of it.

one of my favorite forums is www.bleepingcomputer.com
do a search, and hopefully someone has had the same problem, and there will be instructions on how to removie it.
Then, start using Firefox browser..it's less prone to infections and most computer savvy people use it. Check my 360 blog for the programs I use to secure my computer..good luck.

This might help, but do more research..

One more thing, you may want to post a new thread and explain exactly what happens in your situation, it may be different and may need a different method..good luck.

This is a very difficult piece of spy ware to remove through conventional methods.
Go to my computer/click programme files and you should see the spyguard file there click once and hit delete this should remove the main file, shut down and restart.
When computer is back on go to start/search and in the files or folder search bar type in the spyguard or just spyguard and see if you can get rid of the remnants.
Shut down restart and this may have got rid of the main programme,if this does not work then you may need more professional advice.
This spy ware is designed to ignore most spyware removal tools, and has in fact been reported a number of times.
Try installing a Start Page Guard (via Internet search) and this should prevent your home page from being changed.
Good luck.

Update your virus program data files and run a full system scan. If that is not able to run use HijackTHIS http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/
run it and look for the following in the RUN section "svcmon.exe"
Put a check next to it and tell it to Fix it. Then run your virus program again until it comes up clean., Reboot and run it again to be sure all traces are gone.

You can buy a Mcaffe security program, it blocks all pop-ups, cookies and spyware of any kind. You have to pay for it, but its usually not very expensive. If any pop-ups, spam or cookies want to get through, it will automatically ask you if you want ot allow it or not.

download spybot, install then update, restart yoru pc tapping F8 key every second when it starts up, when asked to select what boot sequence, select safe mode. when pc is loaded and you see your desktop, run spybot select full scan delete the files it finds. restart your pc, done it for me. if not, then you may need to go to the norton site or what ever antivirus software you use and check what virus you have then download specific tool to delete it.

try using adaware and spybot...
google them both... download them... run them...
if you still are infected... you're gonna have to do some work in safe mode... I can't remember how to do it, but there is a program out there (beta) that can remove ANY type of stuff from your computer if you run it in safe mode...
Google that if adaware and spybot don't cut it.
It should though...
