I am a completely open minded person, and I respect gays and lesbians, and I also respect their right to have children too.
But in all honesty I can't help thinking that those children will be bullied at school for having "2 mums" or "2 dads".
I don't think that the fact of being the child of a gay couple would affect the child growing up, since for them it is what they are used to, it's a natural environment.
What worries me is the bullying and comments by other children. I don't agree with bullying etc.. They are mean, spoiled children who do it - but how can it be prevented from happening in a situation like this?? One which kids would see as an open invitation for ridicule!
It's a really difficult issue!!

unquestionably, you do understand this has been performed interior the previous appropriate? unusual yet genuine. *shrugs* many times they does not undertake even, merely have intercourse with one yet another, and then form of separate into different couples, and proceed living mutually and elevate the youngsters mutually. interior the previous it became between the only strategies that gay couples might have toddlers, and so it befell. Did human beings merchandise? form of. A 4 way marriage is slightly unusual, yet maximum persons respected their rights via fact the organic mom and dad of the youngsters. after all, the argument that a infant does terrific with a mom and a father relies upon on the thought the mother and dad are mutually, and could dynamically restoration issues with the intention to stay mutually and love one yet another. not something that a 'parenting better half' occasion might do.

I have no problems with gays or lesbians. I have friends that are gay and lesbian and i totally respect that. I think using a surrogate mother is better. At least it will be yours a little bit.

I think homosexual couples are the same as heterosexual couples. And they too have the right to have children. Adopting is probably the best thing to do, since there are so many children in the world that don't have loving homes. But if they want their own, well as much of their own as they can have, nothing wrong with surrrogate mothers...

More or less the same as I'd think of any other propsective parent - some'll be good, some terrible.
One big thing in their favour: all these kids will be parented by people who deliberately set out to be parents, and who have presumably thought about what it means to raise a child, and not by people who find themselves with kids because they were too daft to sort out contraception....

What should I think?
If they're decent parents, which they obviously are, since they have to check with someone else, before they can get a child, they've got one up on the rest of us, because we heteros can have a kid anytime we want. And you have NO IDEA what kind of bad parents I've met in my lifetime...
I've met parents that put locks on the outside of their kids' bedroom doors, so they could lock them in, and have orgies in the same, small apartment.
