Way to many spelling mistakes in that small of a sentence. But anyways, yes it is possible to have a miscarriage before you even know you are pregnant. The difference between a miscarriage and a normal period is that the egg you are expelling from your body is fertilized. But if it is early in the pregnancy, early enough that you don't know, then you wont be able to tell a difference. However, you may be able to tell a difference when it gets further along.

With a very early m/c around 4 to 5 wks you might not even know you were pg to begin with. Generally speaking it would just appear as a normal period with perhaps some small clotting and period cramping.

A lot of women don't even know they were pg and m/c. If it's really early, if it's farther along there can be clotting and heavier bleeding than a normal period.

yes u can!it is a much heavier period and more clots in it. i had a miscarriage when the baby was 8 weeks and i thought i was 12 weeks

it's possible, and u should feel the difference. at least the difference in blood flow and pains.
