I work in this company as a Gerenal Clerk for 2 years liao! My boss treat me very gd but i always left out by my colleague whenever they hv gathering....... i feel very sad. Is it bcos of my post so they look down on me ?

In life you'll find that 25% of the people you meet like you; 25% will hate you; and 50% just don't care one way or the other.
Just chalk the colleague up as one of the 75% and move on to other people...is awkward at times, but deal professionally and nothing more...don't let them get you down, create a circle of friends/acquaintances of your own that you get along with.
Cheer up...at least they aren't actively attacking you as happens to many other people every day around the world.

I can totally agreed and know how you feel. I learnt this QUOTE "Don't get upset if someone doesn't like you. Just realise they aren't worth it. Get on with your job, forget about them, worrying about them won't do your career any good.

I don't think it is bcoz of your post but more of is there a common topic for you and your colleague to talk. During any gathering it is the topic, other than work, that most people love to talk about. Coz people tends to find kakis that have the same interest as them. Some of us don't invite friends who don't have the same interest to the gathering coz sometimes it can get very bored. Sometimes when you join their gatherings, you may find the topic very dry and boring. Please don't lost your confidence and get upset bcoz of this.

Dont even try and speak to them, if your not good enough, why should you bother? Aslong as your having a good time (even if it is only with the boss) then who cares! Dont let people make you feel bad, you deserve better than that!
