if you take showers in the mourning then when you go to sleep at night put hair greese on it go to the black section of your wal-mart for hair care products and put you up some super grow and if your not black when you take a shower in the am just wash it out so you don't have greesy hair good luck

take multivitamins ... and be careful not to wash with shampoo too often ... some shampoos can trigger hairloss. .. also wearing a hat or head-covering can cause hairloss
