trust me it is really reall possible and easy. First of all go exercise. The best exercise is brisk walking. you really have to walk alot. Then i suggest buy those belly dancing vcds. those fat burning etc etc. it totally works! it worked on me and my friends so definitely it will work on you. Next is never ever starve yourself. Eat less but make sure you don't skip breakfast or any meals. And if possible eat like a king breakfast time, eat like a prince on lunch time and on dinner eat like a queen. You should eat veggies. as in really alot and less intake on the carbs. and eat alot of food rich in fiber so you can dispose whatever your body doesn't need. i hope i helped.

Depends on what weight you are starting from. When I started with Overeaters Anonymous, I weighed about 300 lbs. I could lose 11 pounds (that's 2.2 pounds to a kilo, right?) in two weeks at that point, because there was a lot of loose, watery weight to go quickly. But an athlete who is mostly muscle anyway would have to really starve herself and also work out hard to lose that much in so short a time. It would not be healthy to lose that fast under those conditions.

Depends on whether you're overweight or not. Assuming you are, it's possible. But consider this... how long did it take to put on that weight? Best thing to do is eat lots of fresh veggies. Cut the fats, carbs, and sugars to a minimum. Eat a little chicken or fish for some protein and exercise 30 minutes a day. Your body will lose what it needs to lose this way... don't rush it.

Yes, if you cut off a limb. Seriously; if you can stand it the "Fit For Life" diet is a wonder. Basically fruit & juice only before midday.
Buy a copy it's really good.

Don't starve yourself....Eat little but often, & not eat carbohydrates at dinner, or after. You tend to be less active, so should eat carbohydrates in the day, & less active in the evening. Being more active, & doing more, walking is good. Hope this helps you out, it did me.
