There is NO WAY the Devil Rays will trade Carl Crawford. He is too valuable of a player for them to trade. After all, they're trying to build a team, not dismantle it like another Florida team does every 7 years. Crawford hits for average, gets a lot of runs, and his power numbers are steadily going up. Did I mention he might be the fastest player in the Majors? If the Devil Rays can get some pitching, they might finally climb out of the cellar in the AL East next year.

He'll be playing in Tampa Bay.
Because they signed him to a long-term contract a couple of years ago. He's under contract and affordable for them for a few more years.
