location should not be a consideration, rather it is where you held your wedding dinner that matters. What is really important is the food, service and ambience of the place that your guest and yourself will like. Go for something really value for money, afterall, Singapore is very small, it should be easy to move around. Besides, if you really start considering where each other stays, then u may end up having to think about where the different groups of relatives, friends and colleagues from both sides are staying. Do away with the location in your consideration.

How about North East? If you cannot find a place then maybe you can try the central.

singapore is so small. Whether u held the wedding in north or east it does not matter u can arrange charter bus. btw u r inviting your guests who are staying maybe the west or south so it really does not matter !!! who to invite who not to invite who to sit with who n not to sit with...is the thing you must really arrange carefully :) Good Luck :)
