Warm some Crisco in microwave and drink it every day - at least 8 ounces. Also, eat 6 or 7 slices of bread to keep your carbs up. Or drink a case of beer. Hope this helps!

exercise will help get your appetite going. but age is also a factor. young people have faster metabolisms that burn food up very easily. the metabolism slows down at around the mid to late 30's.

enough sleep, exercise, a good balanced diet, three decent meals a day, and you should be fine regardless of what your weight is.

You may want to go to a doctor and get a checkup. There are too many factors to consider when trying to gain or lose weight. The doctor might be able to steer you in the right and healthy direction.

consume extra, workout much less is the final rule. yet heavily do no longer benefit it the incorrect way with the help of like a lot of speedy nutrition, and numerous icky ingredients severe in ldl cholesterol and terrible stuff which will in user-friendly terms make you ill. ingredients severe in fat yet are healthful like peanut butter and oils and stuff and pasta and pork that could help...consume nutrition severe in energy yet do no longer bypass overboard. you do no longer opt to get obese. ;) Lol xxxxx
