covergirl outlast smoothwear, lasts all day even if it gets a little wet, its about $5 and it doesnt need to be sharpened

I use to always use pencil eyeliner and by the end of the day it smudged and looked all oily. So u should try using a Liquid eyeliner. It really does help it from smudging. L'oreal , maybelline liquid eyeliner is good. cost about $6.oo-$7.00

May be a few dollars more then ten- prob 12 or 13. I use Carbon eye shadow from MAC and line my eye with it. Its a black shadow. They sell liner brushes - but you can get a cheaper one at Target or any drug store really. My eye liner never smudges and you can make it look as natural or dramatic as you like. Plus - I think its better for the eye lids. Good luck!

a great tip is to invest in a white eyelines an use this on the rim of your lower lash as it makes your eyes look much bigger and really opens them up! i put it in the rim then a little darker eyelines underneath my lash line an its amazing the difference it makes!!!

the only eyeliner that wont smudge on my eyes is a liquid eyeliner, the only issue is that it is such a harsh line. oh well...
