After the word "globalisation"...comes the word "glocalisation"...which has a paradoxical meaning to the previously coined word.

Where globalisation means to invite the world outside into your surroundings, glocalisation means the opposite...to bring local flavours into the global arena.

Initially globalisation meant to bring new opinions, ideas and theories of different cultures and societies inside our world(and vice versa) which we are alien to and to create a harmony.

now...after the initial period of globalisation,it is time for glocalisation (global+localisation) which would add a local flavour to the panorama...it is a kind of a social adaptation...It is like borrowing the concept of chowmein from the China and thereafter cooking it with local spices.

I hope you got your answer.thanks for 2 points.

Globalization or globalisation is an umbrella term for a complex series of economic, social, technological, cultural and political changes seen as increasing interdependence, integration and interaction between people and companies in disparate locations. As a term 'globalization' has been used as early as 1944 but economists began applying it around 1981.
