Ulysses S. Grant was the top Union general during the Civil War and deserves a great deal of credit for defeating the Confederacy. He was not at Gettysburg.
Grant was elected the 18th president of the United States in 1868 and served two terms.
Gutenberg was the inventer of the printing press. About 4 centuries earlier, by the way.

Nope, Grant came around about 400 years too late to invent the printing press. Johann Gutenberg invented the printing press in the 1400s. Grant was one of the best Union generals in the Civil War and later became president.
