A relationship is full of compromise but i have a feeling if u only please ur bf once a yr on his b'day he may go looking else where. If u truly love him then sit and talk and come to a compromise with him where u please him more than once a year but r not expected to plese him all the time. If you r with the right guy it won't feel like a chore to please him though. Good luck. x

Depends on if he is a "good" boyfriend and if so, it should be the law. I am curious to know, why only once a year if he is good to you? You should please each other all year round. You better be good to your man because there are many that wish they had a good man.

If you are talking about sex, then it is acceptable not to "please" him at all until you are married.
If you are not talking about sex then in a relationship both parties must seek to bring pleasure to the other party - otherwise what kind of relationship is it?
