go to options and choose "show 300" or something like that. That way, you'll be able to select 300 at a time to delete. Next, set up your Bulk folder to "capture" all the spam. Some will still get through to your inbox, but then you can Mark them as Spam...
You'll be able to delete your bulk folder without ever seeing what's in there..good luck.

Switch to Gmail. PM me with your e-mail address and I'll send you a Gmail invitation. I've used Gmail for about a year and a half and I'm extremely pleased with it. These guys are going to eat Yahoo's lunch in the e-mail department.

The easiest thing to do is get another email address. Then, only give that to people who you know in person and trust. Use that one for "junk" mail only- like if you visit a website and give them your email address- that way if they are spammers it won't clog up your personal mailbox.

On your email page, you will find the link of empty near your bulk mail folder. Click on that. To avoid such such situation in the future, following info will be helpful to you.
Please follow this path. Go to ur email page> options> spam protection> click the first circle which says Immediately delete messages> save. Ur bulk folder will always remain empty. It will solve ur problem.
