Monk or Psych. I think Monk is a little better but they are very, very close. Both shows are hilarious and have a great cast. It's too bad both shows are off the air till January (off-season shows) but I can't wait to see the new episodes and of course re-watch the old ones during the on-season.

I like Laguna Beach and The Hills... gotta love the drama.
Also re-runs from Friends, Will & Grace and a few others are awesome!

LOST is a great show, it makes you think and be part of the mistery. You never know what's gonna happen... I really like that on a show, it's really creative!
24, Nip/Tuck and Grey's Anatomy are good ones too.

Lost! Unlike so many shows on tv now, it is completely unpredictable, which makes it so fun to watch.
