Men who are immoral and who don't care about a fellow human being. Mostly, it is the men who are at fault. But in rare cases, it is the provocative/revealing dresses of the ladies that trigger the bestiality in deranged men. Whatever it is, rape is a abominable act. The courts should take a serious view of this and change the old laws so that women are protected at all costs.

For the judicial aspect, or the actual rape? For the judicial, the police charge, the DA does the acquittal and the case, and the jury decides (if the accused wants a jury) guilt. The judge presides over the case.

our new generation and vulgar fashion is responsible for rape cases.Media plays important role in the increasing nos of rape cases.But i should ,not only blame our media, as its a source of information for us.But apart from this,the fashion adapted by the teenagers in our society is many a times not acceptable,but still parents are not paying attention toward the childrens,thus alowing them to do as they wish.Hence,culprits are highly motivated with thr revealing clothes of these college goers.hence forcing them into Rape activities.

Rape is an act of violence not sex. No one looks to be raped or dresses to be a target.A rapist just uses a different weapon than a bank robber. Crime is crime and many a attempted rapist have lost their jewels at the hand of a self defensive woman.

very strict actions should be taken to minimize the rape cases..
a good punishment will be a remedy...a punishment which the rapist will remember always..throught out his life....and which will prevent others from doing it..
