What is the best over the counter medicine for acne outbreaks on your back?

i've tried them all and none of them work.
over the counter medicine's are for people who dont have any acne. just a pimple every other year.
my "body" acne all went away once i saw a doctor. she prescribed me pills that saved my body. unfortunately the main purpose to save my face failed. body acne was easy to fix. face acne im still suffuring. 5 years and counting.
