U should understand that Yahoo is a website. U can download some free software that Yahoo provide like Yahoo Messenger, Toolbar etc. Go to http://download.yahoo.com/ and see what are the features that u can download and install.

yahoo has certain features which you can install. go to their homepage and browse for the yahoo feature you want to install. yahoo is free anyway. example, if you want to install Yahoo! Messenger, just click the messenger icon on their homepage. It wouldn't be hard to install their programs since they provide a step by step process while installing. :)

I don' quite understand this question.I take it you already have an IP and you just want to use the yahoo messenger. what ever, I would suggest you go to yahoo.com and open a free account.You can open an e-mail account and download the messenger free you don't need any credit cards or anything that is, if you have an IP.Otherwise you need to call SBC or AT&T
