I'm atheist and i could give 2 sh*ts, it doesn't matter to me it's what i believe not some one else (person who put that on there) and I'm not going to stop my life because in god we trust is put on my dollar, that would be controlling my life which is why i am atheist so that i can act and be who i want without sin being shoved in my face ever well i smoke so i day say about once and hour, not cool i want to have freedom and not be controlled by some guy that's standing in front of me telling me what someone else thinks when they aren't that person and the bible has already been proven as a tale a fact isn't a fact unless you were there, you don't believe in santa but you can believe in god lol most people are a joke! but no I don't care what written on my money as long as its legal!

Yes, they are rubbing their hands together and saying "DRAT!!! It makes me so ANGRY that 'in god we trust' is on money!"...it is becoming a big problem in America...it's known as 'In god we trust' rage. Be careful next time you pull out some cash!!! An angry atheist might start screaming at you and attack you with their Kung Fu moves!!

Some are mad. Some just really don't care much because to them it doesn't really mean anything and fighting it just draws attention to the words when most people very rarely take notice.

Bank notes are worthless promissory notes, IOU's as it were, so if you are foolish enough to trust that god will pay up at the end of the day, then good luck to you...

Mad only because it replaced "Backed by Gold" which meant something. "In God We Trust" is like crossing our fingers.
