i am assuming you had an emial address something like a.user@virginnet.co.ok, as you have changed to ntl you would want a.user@ntl.co.uk, however you will have lost all rights to your virgin address as you no longer subscribe to them, for your ntl/blueyonder account, visit ntl's home page and follow the selfhelp screens through, you should have a letter from them with you username and password. The selfhelp is great, just don't forget to change your mail client settings (outlook express, outlokk 2003 etc) to relect your new settings
