Because you aren't looking. Tons of punk acts from the 70s and 80s are getting together for reunion tours, new albums, etc. Even Billie Joel Armstrong (of Green Day) is over 30.
That said, it does get harder to keep up the necessary rage as the years go on.

Because by that age, most people are emotionally mature and they want more from life, such as having a family and a successful career. And when they want that, they will more than likely give up their singing, especially punk rock, which is mostly associated and done with youths.

all of the punk band, th originals, are over 30. People grow up and move away from 3 chords and screaming

because most of them have families so they can no longer go to shows or parties but most record labels and websites about punk are done by people that are over 30 who still love the music but can't go out as much because of thier responsabilities but you can still find a few that go to shows its just kinda rare

because by 30 we have succumbed to the societal pressures that tell us we arent supposed to act like this, or else.
its a survival thing, punks evolve. we may not have spiked hair, tattered filthy clothes but the attitude is there, if one wants to surrive in this world and you nee dto realize there are certain types of behavior that you have to give up or adapt as you get older.
sucks, but no one will take a thirty year old with a safety pin in his/her nose seriously. you can get away with a clever t-shirt and flannel, a baseball hat of a team hated in your city.
its really pitiful when you think of it

I know a few, but most of them are pretty "normal" looking except at the odd concert on the weekend.
