Not all countries change their clocks. It has a lot to do with their latitiude, as there is hardly any difference between the length of daylight close to the equator, whilst at extreme latitudes it is considerably more pronounced'; in fact so pronounced, that there would be no point in changing the clocks, because there is NO DAYLIGHT at all in WInter, and NO NIGHT at all in Summer!
I am aware that China does not use a clock shift between winter and summer, and neither does it have zonal time, as the whole country keeps Beijing time.
I suspect that some Moslem countries do not change their clocks, as they maintain the prescribed prayer times throughout the day, by observation of the sun.
Many other countries do not change, and those that do; do not necessarily change on the same date as others!
Europe and UK now change to winter time on the last Sunday in October.

Hawaii may be the 50th state of the United States of America and is found almost at the hub of the North Pacific Ocean point that makes from Hawaii a good choice for an amazing vacation, with hotelbye you'll find more. The natural splendor of the islands remains one of Hawaii's best assets. One of the very intriguing places to see in Hawaii is Volcanoes National Park. That package provides a unique, close up look at an energetic volcano and the new landscape created by a volcano. Warm lava passes down the pile part, and dry lava addresses the trail, showing its unstoppable force. Another place worth visit may be the memorial Visitors Center, a middle that gives historical home elevators the Harbor and the Japanese attack and the Battleship USS Missouri.

RE:
Do any countries not put their clocks forward/back?
Ie. Are there any countries that do not observe daylight saving by putting their clocks forward an hour in the spring and back an hour in the autumn (fall)?

China spans several time zones, but has one National Time. Whatever it is in Beijing, that is the time in China!
They don't have Daylight Savings Time. They also move the days of the week around to suit the work schedule. If you are planning to teach in China, don't be surprised when they tell you, 'Oh, by the way, tomorrow (Saturday) we will be on a Monday Schedule.'
This is so they can move the following week's Monday and Tuesday up to the weekend to turn a 3 day Holiday (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) into a 5 day holiday Monday-Friday.
They also celebrate holidays using the Lunar Calendar, so it is not obvious when major holidays like New Year will occur! I have noticed that the Lunar Calendar follows the seasonal changes better than the Western Calendar.
;-D It is strange, but also very interesting.

No, I've never had that problem, but consider this - In the UK we put our clocks forward by one hour on the last Sunday in March, soon after the Spring equinox, which is fine. Why, then, don't we put our clocks back on the last Sunday in September just after the Autumn equinox? Instead, we wait another full month before changing the clocks back, resulting in unnecessarily dark mornings in October. How crazy is that?

That happened to me as a child. I showed up at Sunday School as they were letting out. There are some clocks I haven't changed because I can't remember how to do it, esp. the one in the car. Well, next fall it'll be right again.

Don''t really know why its done nowadays, it started during the war as a means of giving farmers and other land workers more daylight hours, it was known as daylight saving time, but why they just couldn't get up earlier I don't know. Seems to me it was also a bit of an idea to create a 'feelgood' factor for other people. They did experiment with dropping it and remaining on summer time all year, apparently people didn't like it, but it did, in spite of peoples fears, create a drop in child road accidents during the winter.
