Terbasmin (Terbutaline) is a class of drug called a short acting Beta2 agonist that open up the smooth muscle in your airways to help relieve asthma symptoms. Ventolin is in the same class, but as with all drugs some people suit one rather than another. As you are getting stomach cramps it could be that you are not using the Turbohaler corretly and are swallowing more of the drug than inhaling it. To get the shakes and stomach cramps means that you are either reacting quite badly to it or you are using it far too much - either way I would suggest you go and speak to your GP or asthma nurse.
The last answer suggested they would put you on Symbicort - I would find that very unlikely unless you are quite a symptomatic asthmatic and are not well when just using your ventolin and an inhaled corticosteroid (Like Becotide).
There are lots of useful websites like asthma uk that can be really helpful, but a healthcare professional should be your first port of call.

It may be a reaction you should revisit your doctor or asthma clinic.
They may change you to Symbcourt (not sure of the spelling)
