Yes I do understand the politics at my job...

I stay the hell out of it. I might come out on top once in a while, and I might take it in the shorts the next time, but... for the record, I'm not a part of it.

That is one thing that I hate about my job. (I coach track at a middle school) Anyone who has ever worked in a school knows how messed up the politics can be. I basically just don't fit in anywhere. Even though I am the coach who has been there the longest, I get the least respect and recognition from the people in charge (the principle, the athletic director, etc.) because I'm a female and because I'm not a teacher. It makes me really mad. I know that I am doing just as much work as the others, if not more.

With every corporation there is what's known as a pyramid structure. This goes for the political govt as well.

The people at the bottom know very little of the true agendas and what goes on at the top. With each step you go higher you learn only what the top wants you to know at that point.

It is a sneaky way of stopping the average person knowing of the real going ons of corporations/companies etc.

Yes.
I just go with the flow, man. I go to work do my job and go home. I don't pay attention to the soap opera-like daily dramas. I've got better things to do with my time and thoughts.
