This really does sound like the gag reflex, as said. It's important for you to stay in control of thrusts, if he is thrusting then tell him to stop it (else he may get puked on! LOL). Seriously now, you want to GIVE him a BJ opposed to getting effed in the face.
If you are trying to deep-throat you'll need to relax the back of your throat so that you can get past the gag reflex... when you feel the gag swallow and the head easily moves into your throat. If its the taste or the thought of semen in your mouth try some flavoured condoms. If you are gagging then keep his penis from going so deep (his head is the most sensitive so just work on that and use your hands to control his shaft). Get a life size dildo or object and practive on it alone.
