byte(=8bits) or bit(binary digit) refers to the size of data stored in binary form.
RAM is such a device to store all your prinmary memory in your computer .
so its specification would of its capacity ie ,how much it can store.
more the no_ of bytes more is the storage .
normally its storage is expressed in MB (mega byte =1000000 bytes)
