It's impossible to get the British to change a lightbulb. The British don't like change.

Brits are really smart. So they will entrust such works to old colonial natives like Indians, Pakistanis or Bengla Deshis. But now Brits will start all over from the start as these nationalities are getting richer and Brits getting poorer.
So the answer is One Brit will do, but may be after few more decades.

What ever creative juices I have are better used doing anything else beside answering snide bigoted and basically silly questions.Predjudice in any form is really sad.
