Currency rates fluctuate daily. Yes, it is about $40. There are several exchange rate calculators, I have one on several of my start pages. However, there may be transaction costs involved in converting currency. First, check you home page to see if it has this function, if it doesn't, go to the money section, and I think all of them have this module you can add to that page.

Divide by 100 and depending on the currency exchange rate of the day or move the decimal place 2 places to the left. Then Subtract 17 percent or 15 or 20 percent if you round if it's like 117 Yen per dollar or add 5 or 10 percent if it like 93 yen per dollar. If you really need to know exactly, call your local bank.
So 4751 become 47.51, the exchange rate is 117 from what every one is saying. Okay deduct 15 percent of 47.51 roughly 4.75 + 2.83 = 7.58 or USD 40.00 Do you really care about the pennies? Have fun!

it depends on the yen rate for the day. Since it fluctuates every other day you gotta check up on the bank rate for the day you want the exchange.
Its about 40.37 with a high yen rate of 117. I usually divide the yen rate into the yen amount to get the U.S. amount.
