Two things to do:

1. Rinse with raw milk (use cotton)

2. Apply Besan (Gram flour) - apply paste and wash off.

See the difference in 1month.

The same thing happened to me when I was at Delhi for a month..Well,the best thing since you are too young is take bay-san and milk and make a paste of it and apply it on ur face.
While going out, apply a sunscreen lotion for sensitive skin.
Wash your face once you come from out and remove the dirt pores with a mild face wash of any fruit {the fruit face wash is avialable check with any medicine/beauty store}.
Last of all, wear cotton clothes and wear full sleeves.

No. you at the instant are not a foul buddy. you're 13 and have not have been given the adulthood for 'individual' video games. Get out of the boyfriend interest, you will get injury even worse than you're already. At 13 your job description reads: "have exciting, get an education and do your chores." no longer something approximately acquaintances. (new child). they might desire to be a perk. Peace.

haha, you have to wait for the melanin that has come tothe surface in your skin to break down, it is breaking down all the time, there is no easy way to remove it except for time. Not going in the sun and using subscreen will prevent more melanin from taking its place.

Melanin = pigmant in your skin that makes you look medium(slightly dark)

You should just keep using sunscreen and wait it out. It will be back to normal in a few weeks.

Try a combination of gram flour and fresh cream. Rub it on yourself before your shower and leave it on for about 15 mins....it's a home remedy, but i find it works best. You could also try bleaching your skin.
