Yep, I'm tired and I can't sleep. Even if I turn off my laptop and turn off all my lights, I'll just jump out of bed and start practicing kata in the dark or something.

most of us at some point of their lifes would encounter sleeping problem like yours. its call insomnia. this problem will go away by itself . but if the problem still persisit for a few more nights, then is time to see your gp. most probably you will get some sleeping pills which i am sure will works wonder.

Try reading. I end up reading a book until my eyes just become to heavy to keep open. Or try Advil PM. It has a non-adictive sleep aid.
