Keep in mind that many people just like finding reasons to bash the government, and this is a good target. Just like the very farfetched 9/11 conspiracy, some people will think of anything. I guess it's up to you to look over the evidence and decide what you believe, but also remember that many of the proponents of the hoax theory are not scientists themselves.

Let me not doubt the scientists...but let me blame politics here.
But look at the controversies...

1. Flag fluttering
2. The video shows that the soil is pretty dusty...like in desert. That kind of soil is possible only with gradition of rock by wind or water. Moon doesn't have either.
3. The gravity of moon is much lower than earth...if the astronauts are jumping...they should reach much higher while jumping.
4. The backdrop shows night time. If it's night time, from where did they get the light to shoot the film?
5. You can see only a part of earth...after which it dissappears...because of the earth's curvature...for moon it should have been much smaller, since moon is much smaller than earth...but it doen't seem so.

These are just doubts...could be true, could be false...but no offence against the scientists...afterall it was just politics.

To sum up all the explanations. The video was shot on the moon, not earth so you can't use intuition to and your everyday experience to explain events on the moon.

The flag waved because when the astronauts planted it in the ground it started waving and there was nothing to stop it. There are no stars in the black sky because it is daytime in the picture but since the moon has no atmosphere the sky is always dark. The astronauts aren't jumping very high because they aren't jumping, they're walking (it just looks like jumping.)
