Circumcision removes about 16 square inches of mucosal skin if done "properly," but it frequently leaves a man with severely restricted erections. It can stunt growth, cause painful erections, and lead to lowered fertility due to tight scrotum.
The glans of the circumcised penis IS ALWAYS THINNER by two thicknesses of skin upon each withdrawal stroke when there is no natural double sleeve of skin.
Complications from circumcision are way under-reported because men are both shy about admitting their shortcomings and ill-informed about the normal male anatomy. The doctor who cuts an infant has no way to gauge how much skin to remove, and rarely sees the adult outcome of his/her work, and so has no means by which to improve his/her craft.

Maybe not. I'm also circumcised at the age of 9. But I think it was worse than you. It was an amateur-stupid nuts doctor who cut half of my penis skin (more than foreskin). It means I got half of my penis circumcised (But I still have a frenulum). After I reach puberty at 14, my penis was 4 1/2 inch when erect. But 2 years later, it was 5.6 inch when erect. Don't worry about it. It will grow later. Think about exercise and healthy food. Size isn't everything.

Yes, the circumcised penis is smaller that it would be because the foreskin part of the penis has been amputated.
The penis grows rapidly during puberty as a male matures from childhood to adulthood. Penis growth is usually complete by age 18. The size is measured when the penis is erect.
Showers and Growers. Some men have a penis that remains large when flaccid. They are know as showers. Some men have a penis that shrinks in size when flaccid. They are known as growers.
Penis size also varies by race. Africans have the largest penis size and Asians have the smallest penis size.
One should note that the foreskin is part of the penis and contributes to its size, especially to girth. When a penis is de-foreskinned by circumcision amputation, then it will be smaller after the operation.

Circumcision is the removal of the foreskin at birth. It does not affect the growth of the penis. It is done for sanitary purposes to keep bacteria out of the foreskin causing infections from debri accumulating there from improper washing. If left on, the penis will only look bigger because of the foreskin. Talk to your doctor for more advice. Hope this helps.

No circumcised penis will not affect its growth. You see it smaller because its forehead part has been removed
Your penis will be healthier and more clean. Its dirty particles and
left urine now is no more
Your penis sensitiveness will be decreased so you will be stronger and can play longer in the future if you get married.
Your penis is easier to be cleaned

Well, it sure tends to make the head more round, full & plump, like a mushroom. This makes a guy's prick extra handsome to behold.
As for reducing overall size, I doubt it. It makes for a stiffer, more tense erection, though. It make it look vry modern, neat & well-defined, makes it look like a real TOOL - designed to do something to someone.
