Yesterday and today Delhi and surrounding areas have had a lot of rain . but monsoons are receding from all over India except South,South-East (Chennai,Bangalore etc) and North-East .
And Monsoons in other parts of India are from Early June to September .

not onset, it will rain till november end ( not heavy rain )
