There are suggestions that whatever other scientists did, Einstein made it into a mathematical explanation which many did not understand and that there are very few original works of Einstein. His contention that the presence of ether is imaginary in the atmosphere has not been accepted by many scientists but time will tell whether he is right. Apart common usage materials come into this world through ingenuity of the perception of some people. So, neither of toilet or the Einstein theory is considered an invention based on the above. VR
