yes i have a friend who has both sides of her nose pierced and it looks alright. but only if you have the little nose studs. if they are too big then they will look funny.

We call them nose bones and YES you can decorate your body any way that appeals to you.
Personally, I have 3 holes in each ear, my tongue and only one side of my nose pierced but ANYTHING goes.
